NTC Online

NTC Online is an online program that builds flexibility into a mentoring program and offers new teachers multiple avenues for learning, communicating and accessing resources. The portal provides rich, multi-media courses based on professional teaching standards in the areas of classroom management and lesson design. In addition to text content, these courses contain video clips of classroom teachers and other resources suitable for new teachers. A structure for developing online communities is also included.
